Today’s featured artist, Brock Caldwell, is a stellar example to the explosive talent the internet hides behind the overly hyped copy/paste junk. The addictive Girl Like Water is better than anything you’ll hear on any radio station at any given time these days, yet only a handful of people have heard it so far. Having heard other songs by this talented singer/songwriter, it’s pretty safe to say that his music won’t stay hidden from the public eye (or ear) much longer. Hear him first right here:

Lyrics

I would like to picture her day But the colors required only exist in her head If words intended to describe her were said I never would believe that she could be captured that way
CHORUS Girl is like water and soon she will change She sleeps in a cloud then she’s raining again Gathers herself like a mist in the trees Falls to the river and runs back to sea
VERSE 2 I’ll be leaving in an hour or two There’s just one thing left that I’ve got to say to you As I’m staring at her picture she steps into view I never would believe that I could be captured that way
CHORUS Girl is like water and soon she will change She sleeps in a cloud then she’s raining again Gathers herself like a mist in the trees Falls to the river and runs back to sea
BRIDGE Ooo she mystified me While I was waiting for the plans I made to leave me in peace Ooo she came to me She spoke to me softly of all that could come to be
CHORUS Girl is like water and soon she will change She sleeps in a cloud then she’s raining again Gathers herself like a mist in the trees Falls to the river and runs back to sea
